The AC in our room at Fargo Boutique was not functioning properly, but we were too tired to complain. The receptionist was not friendly and made us wait for 20 minutes during check-in. The room cards were in terrible condition. However, the hotel offered cheap prices and provided mineral water and coffee. The location was central, making it easy to explore the city by foot. The room and building were spotlessly clean. I would recommend this hotel for a stay, despite a few drawbacks.
